37 units of older adult housing rehabbed in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Public Housing. $3.2 million in 2006 Federal Low Income Tax Credits. $364,853 Federal Home Loan Bank grant. $4,471,132 total development cost.

  • Major remodel reduced the number of units from 50 to 37. Units were combined to create larger, fully accessible units.
