As we near the mid-point of working with you on our second project it is time to say what an asset you folks have been to us in getting these projects underway and followed to conclusion every step of the way.
When we first started I was somewhat of a skeptic as to whether projects of this magnitude were a wise decision and who were these people that were promising so much. It soon became obvious that we had chosen the right firm to work with, but even more important, we were given a bonus in the people that were the firm. All three of you were patient with us in our initial skepticism. You were at our board meetings with information and procedures that we needed to follow when we needed you. You were also available to us any time via Email and telephone and always dealt with us in a calm, reassuring and pleasant manner.

While we ran into some serious roadblocks with this second project in getting financial approval for this $3,000.000 project because of the economy situation that developed just as we were ready to start, you folks hung in there and held our hand as we sometimes were about to despair of ever getting it approved.
Your greatest gift to us was when our Executive Director resigned just before we started the Parkview project. Marlis Trochta had been our office manager almost since the Brillion Housing Authority had formed. We tried to talk her into taking the Executive Director position without much success until you folks all assured her you would be right beside her until she felt confident with all the new activity and reporting procedures she was going to face as this “NEW” project landed on her desk. She believed you meant what you said and finally accepted our offer of this position.
