Since 1991, Victoria Holland has held a number of positions in the tax credit industry focused on development, compliance monitoring,
asset management and staff management. She was instrumental in for the formation of a compliance department for a Wisconsin-based
development company and an asset management company for a major tax credit syndicator.

Tom Landgraf has held a presence in the affordable housing industry since 1989. Serving as a consultant since 1995, Mr. Landgraf
has served in a number of capacities working primarily with communities, non-profit organizations, developers, corporations
and financial institutions on structuring and financing affordable and market rate rental housing and older adult assisted
living units offering substantial services.

Nicole Perry

Nicole Perry got her start in the Tax Credit industry in 1992 as a Compliance Specialist for a Wisconsin-based development company.
In 1996 a large national tax credit syndicator hired her to assist in establishing their Asset Management Company in Madison.
While working for this syndicator Nicole worked both as a Compliance Supervisor and an Asset Manager.
